About Attorney Lindsay
Lindsay Barrett is a fully licensed attorney with the Oklahoma Bar Association. She started Lindsay Hearn, Attorney at Law, PLLC in 2020 and was a legal licensed intern and then an associate with Foshee & Yaffe law firm from 2018 to 2022. In November 2022, she branched out on her own into solo practice. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
Lindsay is passionate about helping the underserved and those without a voice. Assisting the disabled, children, immigrants, and widows is her calling and she uses her legal career to fulfill that calling.
As a foster and adoptive mother, with experience around the world, and fluent in French and Haitian Creole, Lindsay strives to fight for children who do not have a voice.

Lindsay practices in Federal Court in Oklahoma and serves clients nationwide in Immigration, VA and Social Security matters. She also works hand in hand with various attorneys, children's services, and courts in Haiti, assisting expats in navigating legal processes there.
She speaks English, French and Haitian Creole.

Lindsay is a global citizen, having spent many years of her life abroad.
